Guest rental agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for a direct stay with Bash on Main. The booking details and any property-specific rules must be completed and sent to the guest before payment. The signed copy is the agreement for that reservation.

Reservation details

Use of the property

The reservation is for the named guest, confirmed guests, property, and dates above. The guest will follow the property-specific rules provided before signing, respect the stated occupancy limit, and obtain approval before bringing additional visitors or animals. The guest will leave the property reasonably tidy and report any damage or maintenance issue promptly.

Payment and cancellation

The booking summary above states all charges, payment due dates, and the cancellation and refund policy. Payment is made through the secure invoice sent directly for this reservation. Dates are not held or confirmed solely because an inquiry was sent. Any change to dates, guests, or charges must be agreed to in writing.

Damage and additional charges

The guest is responsible for damage caused by the guest or their visitors beyond ordinary wear and tear, and for agreed charges arising from a violation of the property-specific rules. We will document any requested charge and provide a description and amount. Any security deposit and its return terms must be stated in the booking details above.

Agreement and signatures

By signing, both parties accept the completed reservation details, these terms, and the property-specific rules supplied with this agreement. Each party should keep a copy.
